But is hypnotherapy as effective over Zoom?
Wonderfully, yes! You’ll enjoy the same great results on Zoom as you would in-person, often even better.
Why?
1. The place where you experience or think about the issue you want to change is typically at home or at work. By working together while you’re in that environment we can get even better results.
2. Hypnotherapy is a pleasant, guided process where you’ll close your eyes and follow some simple guidance from me. All the change you want happens in your head – it doesn’t happen in my office. So wherever your head is will work just fine!
3. Doing the sessions on Zoom from your home or office allows you to be in a familiar, comfortable environment which makes the process easier and more enjoyable.
It makes no difference if we’re sat in the same room, or on the other side of the world ( in fact, I have clients from the USA, Europe & HK as well as around Australia and NZ.).
