If I can help, we’ll devise a brief program of hypnotherapy to reach your goals.

You’re then free to decide if you you’d like to go ahead with your program.

We’ll meet over Zoom for your first session of your program. Plan to put aside at least 75 minutes, and be in a quite comfortable space. We’ll start to address your issues using hypnotherapy.
